My first makeover by Paul & Joe/ Mei Ching's birthday celebration

Last month, I purchased Paul & Joe makeover session plus a set of makeup sample for 10$ at BEECONOMIC . As this promotion is ending at October 2010, so I decided to go for it last Friday. This Paul & Joe counter is actually newly-opened at The Heeren (after renovation), perhaps this promotion is to draw attention from the public. Anyway, I asked Elvina to accompany me to go there. Of course, I went there without putting any makeup, and not even moisturiser. We joked that the makeup artist might need to use a lot of concealer to cover my dark circles. HAHAHA!

Alright, before the makeover I took a picture of myself. Errmmm I looked really tired and pale, ya SCARY!

Tadah~ after the makeover, I definitely look better than BEFORE. This is the reason why women always like to spend so much money on cosmetics because they can do magic on our looks!

Okay, this is the sample received from Paul & Joe. Nothing much, just moisturiser/primer pack, makeup remover and foundation pack. This is what I get for what I pay... :)

Then we shopped around Takashimaya for awhile...While munching our finger food, we camwhored. I am not going to post all the photos here HAHAHA!

After hanging out at Orchard, we proceeded to Singapore EXPO for L'oreal/Maybelline Fair. It was really a scary experience for both of us. Those shoppers were grabbing whatever they saw as if all the products are FREE. They pushed and knocked. SO SCARY! So, I stood aside waiting for Elvina to grab her cosmetics. In the end, she did not get her foundation and we got ourselves some lipsticks. Ya, 4 for $20, why not? Haha, our shopping bag was so pathetic while other people's bags were so FULL!

Then we headed back to my house to collect the Oreo Cheesecake :)

Haha, they said that the "whirl" look like Naruto or something, not nice :( So we removed it later... Tadah~ it looked better :)

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO MEI CHING!!

After the celebration, we shopped around Tampines 1 and then, home-sweet-home!

Busy me...

For the past few weeks, I have been busy rushing for project deadlines and preparing for tests. Finally, I have some time for me to rest :)

Talking about tests, have you ever stopped by the examiners from letting you to go to the toilet? Yes, I did! Despite that they announced that we could not leave earlier even if we completed our tests, but they should not disallow us from going to toilet halfway through the test, right? I was having stomach pain and I really needed to go to toilet, she just smiled and said NO! WHAT THE HELL MAN!?! Seriously, this was damn ridiculous!

Enough of me complaining about this school. After weeks of fighting "war", I feel like baking a cake :) HEEHEE...I have prepared a long shopping list and gonna bake a OREO CHEESECAKE again :) Okay, I shall post the pictures up here next time.
